General

 We offer guided tours by appointment only, so we recommend scheduling a tour in advance.

Applying is super easy! You can complete your application online at your convenience. We give you several ways to apply online through our website. If you need any assistance along the way, just reach out.

Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes anywhere from 1-2 days. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!

No, at this time, we only offer lease terms of 12 months or longer.

Rent can be paid online utilizing the resident portal. 

Flex allows you to schedule your monthly payment into two smaller payments, giving you greater financial flexibility. Full monthly rent payments are provided to the property by Flex on the 1st. Sign up is available directly in your RentCafe resident portal and is reviewed for approval by Flex. Flex charges a monthly membership fee based on the amount of the credit line that is approved. The monthly membership fee is up to $14.99. A bill payment fee of 1% of your total rent is also charged, additional card processing fees apply when using a credit card. 

Yes, renter's insurance is required. You can either purchase your own insurance or opt to pay $10.95 per month for coverage through us.

No utilities are included in the monthly rent. Water, sewer, and trash services are billed separately each month. Residents are responsible for setting up accounts with Portland General Electric (PGE) for electricity and NW Natural for gas service.

To set up your utilities, please contact Portland General Electric (PGE) at 503-228-6322 to establish your electricity account. You will also need to contact NW Natural to set up your natural gas account prior to your move-in date.

Residents receive complimentary basic Wi-Fi service through FastMesh. For upgraded internet speeds and cable television services, Comcast/Xfinity is also available.

Amenities

Our community offers a variety of amenities, including 24-hour laundry facilities, secure bike storage, a smoke-free environment, and complimentary basic Wi-Fi through FastMesh.

Parking is available on nearby city streets. Residents and guests must comply with all local parking regulations.

Our apartment homes do not include in-unit washers and dryers. However, residents have access to convenient on-site community laundry facilities.

Pet Policy

Yes, the community is a pet-friendly community.

A monthly pet rent of $25 applies for approved pets. A maximum of two pets is permitted per apartment home.

We do not have pet weight restrictions; however, certain dog breeds are restricted. Restricted breeds include Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf Hybrid, Mastiff, Husky, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, and Dalmatian. Please contact the leasing office if you have questions about your pet's eligibility.

While there is no pet park on-site, residents can enjoy nearby Lower Macleay Park, a beautiful, shaded canyon park featuring open grassy areas, walking paths, and plenty of space to explore with pets.

Location

Our community offers a unique combination of historic charm and urban convenience. Built in 1926, the property is known for its authentic 1920s craftsmanship and is considered a prized piece of Portland's historic architecture—truly a place where nature meets the city.

We are located in the Portland Public Schools district. Nearby schools include Chapman Elementary School, West Sylvan Middle School, and Lincoln High School.

Zupan's Market is Zupan’s Market on West Burnside is one of the closest grocery stores to the community. New Seasons Market in Slabtown is also nearby and offers a wide selection of groceries and household items.

Maintenance

Yes, our community has on-site maintenance staff available 2–3 days per week, with additional support scheduled as needed to ensure residents receive timely service.

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office at (971) 358-8453. Our team will work to address your request as promptly as possible.

Residents are not required to be present during maintenance service visits. When submitting a maintenance request, you can authorize our maintenance team to enter your apartment and complete the work while you are away.
